Sales Representative – Key Accounts

Role Summary

As a Sales Representative for Key Accounts, you will own the full sales cycle and manage strategic enterprise relationships across the UK and Europe. You'll work closely with technical, procurement, and executive stakeholders, guiding them through evaluation, procurement, and adoption of BellSoft's solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans for enterprise and government organizations in the UK and Europe.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, Procurement, Security, and Engineering leads).Identify new business opportunities within existing and target accounts.Lead the full sales process—from initial outreach, through solution presentation and negotiation, to closing.Collaborate with sales engineers, product teams, and legal on custom solutions and contract structuring.Accurately forecast sales pipeline and meet quarterly revenue targets.Represent BellSoft at UK and European tech events, conferences, and customer meetings.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with a proven track record of success in key account or strategic sales roles.
  • Experience selling developer platforms, enterprise Java solutions, middleware, or infrastructure software.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and enterprise IT architecture.
  • Ability to engage both technically and commercially with enterprise stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with procurement cycles in large enterprises and public sector organizations in the UK and EU.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote, globally distributed team.

Preferred

  • Prior experience with OpenJDK, Java runtimes, container security, or Linux-based platforms.
  • Existing relationships within financial services, telecom, or government IT in the UK and EU.
